Xochipilli Prince of Flowers T-Shirt – Aztec God of Art and Dance Tee

Xochipilli — "Flower Prince" — was the Aztec god of flowers, art, music, dance, poetry, and pleasure, presiding over feasting, games, and creative expression within the pantheon. Closely linked with Macuilxochitl, another deity of music and celebration, Xochipilli embodied the joyful, artistic side of Aztec spiritual life, and was honoured through song, dance, and floral offerings. The famous stone statue of Xochipilli held in Mexico's National Museum of Anthropology, carved with intertwined flowers and butterflies across the figure's body, is one of the most studied and admired pieces of Aztec sculpture, its serene, inward expression long associated with the ecstatic, meditative states sought in ritual celebration.

This design channels that same vivid spirit: the god seated cross-legged in an elaborate feathered and floral headdress, adorned with turquoise and gold jewellery, surrounded by blossoms and fluttering butterflies, rendered in warm golds and greens rather than the weathered grey of stone.
