The Broad Haven Triangle T-Shirt | Pembrokeshire 1977 UFO Tee

In February 1977, a group of children at Broad Haven Primary School in Pembrokeshire, Wales, reported seeing a cigar-shaped craft land on the playing field during school hours. Separately drawn sketches from the children, taken individually to avoid influencing each other, showed strikingly similar details. It was the opening incident in what became known as the "Welsh Triangle," a wave of UFO sightings across the region that continued for months afterward.

The wider wave brought reports of a humanoid figure seen near the coast, additional craft sightings from adult witnesses, and enough consistency across unconnected accounts to draw genuine national press attention at the time. No physical evidence was ever recovered, and later analysis has leaned toward misidentification and the understandable power of shared childhood imagination, but the case remains one of the most-cited British UFO incidents specifically because it involved so many independent witnesses in one small area over such a short span.
